Our spa offers a full range of services including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and customizable wellness packages. Seasonal specials are also available.
How do I book a spa appointment?
Appointments can be made online through our website or by calling the Spa directly at (409) 683-4440. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. In order to accommodate our guests in a timely manner, services begin and end on time.
Can non-hotel guests use the Spa?
Absolutely. The Spa at Moody Gardens welcomes both hotel guests and day visitors.
What should I wear to the Spa?
Arrive as you wish. The spa provides a locker, shower sandals and robes on loan. Please deposit these items in the hampers as the services conclude.
Is gratuity included in the service price?
There is an automatic 20% service charge added to each service rendered. We are confident you will be satisfied with our services. Should you have a concern, management will gladly assist appropriately.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes. Spa gift certificates make a perfect gift and may be purchased at the Spa front desk or by calling (409) 683-4440.
How do I inform the Spa of any medical concerns I have?
Upon arrival, please take a moment to fill out our guest questionnaire. We ask you share any medical concerns or injury that you may have experienced in the past two years, including any chronic conditions.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment to avoid full charge for services not rendered. For parties of five or more, we request 72 hours advance notice to avoid full charges.
