Moody Gardens® Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Moody Gardens. By entering the Moody Gardens premises, purchasing tickets (online or in person), or participating in any activities or attractions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Sales and Refund Policy
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, attraction availability, or personal scheduling conflicts.
- Tickets purchased online or in person are non-transferable and valid only for the date(s) specified at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Moody Gardens reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest without refund for failure to comply with Moody Gardens rules or disruptive behavior.
2. Moody Gardens Attractions Entry and Conduct
- Guests must comply with all Moody Gardens rules, signage, and instructions from Moody Gardens staff at all times.
- Certain attractions may have restrictions. It is the guest’s responsibility to review and comply with these requirements before participating.
- Moody Gardens reserves the right to close or alter attractions without notice for maintenance, safety, or other operational needs.
3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
- By entering Moody Gardens and participating in its activities, you acknowledge and agree that participation in attractions and other activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage.
- You voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any minors accompanying you.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge Moody Gardens, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your visit or participation in Moody Gardens activities, including negligence.
4. Media Release
- By entering Moody Gardens, you grant permission for the use of your likeness in photography, video, or other media for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.
5. Personal Belongings
- Moody Gardens is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Moody Gardens operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
